Charter House, Cambridge

Charter House was fully refurbished by Bury St Edmunds based building contractor H G Frost who tasked us with completing the flooring element of their project.

• ARDEX K40 smoothing compound was selected for subfloor preparation and to build up varying floor heights where porcelain tiles had been removed

• 'Lattice' carpet Tiles by The Floor Hub were chosen by the client. The colour and design of these tiles offered a neutral tone to the space which can now be adapted by the next tenants.

• Heckmondwike barrier matting was fitted to the main entrance
